You will need one form of current federal or state issued identification with a photograph and signature on it, such as your driver's license, a phone number where we can reach you if needed, and an emergency contact. A $30 key deposit is required upon set up of your account. This is refunded upon close of the account, once key is returned.

How long do I have to rent the unit?

When is my rent due?

What does climate-controlled mean?
We offer special climate-controlled units that provide a constant temperature range. Climate-controlled units are inside units and are accessed thru an outside door and down a hallway. Please check our "Storage Tips" for a detailed explanation.

A drive-up unit has a roll-up door and its own loading area. Just drive up to it and load your belongings in or out.

When can I access my unit?
You have access to your unit 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day!

Do you provide locks?
Yes, specialized locks are provided on each unit. You will receive a key upon rental. An extra key is available upon request, for an additional deposit. You may also bring your own lock.

No one has access to your unit unless you give them the key. If you do give someone else access to your storage unit, it's important you provide management with their names for security reasons.

Certain units are more accessible than others. Please consult with management if you expect to have a tractor trailer delivery.

Do you sell storage and moving supplies such as boxes and tape?

Will I receive a monthly invoice?
Yes, we bill at the end of every month for the upcoming month.

How can I pay my bill?

Do you require insurance on my stored goods?
You are responsible for the items you are storing at our facility. We do not provide insurance for your goods. You may be covered under an insurance policy you already have. Check with your insurance agent to be sure. You may purchase insurance thru an individual insurance company.

How much notice do I need to give you before moving out?
Please give us as much notice as possible. When you are done with the unit, please sweep it out, return our key and call us and stop by our office to inform us that you have vacated your unit. This will allow us to make sure you do not incur any unneccessary rental charges.
